TrackIt ("we", "us") is a personal life-tracking app for tasks, workouts, nutrition, finance, and habits. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

Account: email address, or Apple / Google / Telegram identity used to sign in.
Profile: username, age, height, weight, sex, activity level, diet goal, timezone.
Health & fitness (self-reported): workouts, exercises, personal records, nutrition and water logs, mood, weight history. We do not read HealthKit or Google Fit.
Productivity & finance: tasks, habits, journal entries, focus sessions, transactions, and budgets you enter.
Usage: gamification progress (XP, levels, streaks) and last-active timestamps.

How we use data

Provide sync across your devices (stored in Supabase).
Compute plans, targets, and statistics inside the app.
Optional reminders via push notifications (native) or Telegram bot messages (Mini App).

Third-party processors

Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
Telegram — sign-in and optional bot reminders (Mini App only).
Apple / Google — optional sign-in on their platforms.

Leaderboard

Your username, level, and XP may appear on the in-app leaderboard. Choose a pseudonym if you prefer not to be identified.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data in Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You can also contact us for deletion requests.

Children

TrackIt is not intended for children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Database access is protected by row-level security so only you can read your data.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or erase your data. Use in-app deletion or contact us.
